I was at the Anderson Co and Walton game and I agree with weakside. There was a foul every trip. You can't run a cut without getting body blocked. I hated watching it.

It will be interesting to see how the seeding ends up for the district tournament. Does each game count towards the seeding or just the 1st matchup?

Everyone complains about the game being to rough now and that there is to much handchecking. Now the refs are calling these fouls and everyone is now complaining about too many whistles!

I missed the game last night, but i heard Walton battled Owen County the best they could. Owen Co. is a tough place to play and a tough matchup for WV. Also, heard Tanner Moeves got 2 early fouls.

You all do realize that it is harder to ref when the teams aren't very good. If the refs called every foul and every walk or turnover a game would take 1:45 to play. Then everyone would be saying that the refs need to let the players decide the game.

Grant County beat Simon Kenton in the 2008-09 season 56-47 when Kody Thompson and Caleb Kinmon were seniors. They also played Simon Kenton tough in the District Finals that season losing by 51-54.

The point totals will not be very high when you play with a running clock. The 4th quarter was over in like 10 minutes.

This is a big win for Carroll County. This opens up the possibility of an Owen vs Gallatin game in 1st round of the District Tournament.

This is only one game and it was against a very good team. I thought WV showed a lot of heart and desire last night. They made a nice run in the 4th quarter. Remember WV is a very young team.

The move is definately fishy! However, how can the KHSAA do anything about it, if the kid legally moves? I know we all get mad about it and don't like it, but the way the rule reads there is nothing they can do, but make him eligible.

I hate this for the kids on the team. This will probably disrupt their whole season. One of my biggest regrets was stepping down as a coach in the middle of a season to take a district level administration job. It was a great opportunity for me and my family, but I felt like I let my players down when I had to resign to take the job. I felt like I ruined 2 kids senior season that year.

Grant County by 15! Garrard will not be ready for Grant's style of play. This is a tough matchup right out of the shoot. 65-50 Grant on top.

I thought WV looked good today. However Cooper's man to man will be a lot tougher to score against than Ludlow's zone.

I watched the 2nd half of the SK / HHS game and Simon dominated the whole half.
