Great Win. Fun game to watch. This may be the first time we've beaten them in that particular gym.

Congrats to Grant and to Carr on a monster night. I expected Grant to win with SK not being full strength.

I can see a few more losses for us until Barnes and Swanson are healthy. 41 is something special.

SK is just not as tough and hard-nosed as past teams.

SK just missing way too many pieces of the machine to be the team they planned going into this year. BUT, they played hard and scrapped tonight. They fell behind 23-11 only to come back and take a 29-27 lead and kept it close the rest of the way. Gave up a ton of points at the line, wow they missed a bunch.

 

Bowling was not in the building as he was at the Best of the Bluegrass Football events. Swanson played but didn't look even 70%. Barnes still on crutches and I heard Ayers had surgery this week.

Somebody needed to hold Carr to 36 and the Pioneers would have won. Great performance by Carr, can anyone give me more info on this young man? Size, yr, strengths, etc.

He's a 6'0 Jr. I wont tell you what my opinion is on his strengths and abilities due to the fact a Dad tends to be biased in that respect. He has been contacted by Shawnee State and Cedarville University. One thing that I keep hearing over and over is why SK didn't win, No they maybe not the SK team everyone expected but they still have some fine players. Lets give Grant Co a little credit they aren't the GC team of years past.
