About how many participants do you have? Any additional comments: Example: Mason County 1. Yes 2. Yes 3. 40 +/- Spring football has helped us improve and close the gap with programs that have been established longer and have more tradition. No numbers are not good enough 3. About how many participants do you have? 15 Any additional comments: Spring Football would be better served if it happens after baseball and in better weather. I would perfer just 8 days in June.

CoachJ
Yes. Yes. 72 on day 1. 68 on last day. As effective as spring football is now, it will be even better next year when we can set our own window. Better for the basketball kids who also want to play football--lets them get some time to relax before having to turn right around and practice again. TheLegends64
Wish Kentucky Spring practice could culminate with one scrimmage against another opponent for 1 1/2 hours.
CatsCatsCats
Neither the school I went to, nor the school I student teach at have much Spring Football. It's a numbers game. Actually WC may have some this year, I really haven't been around enough to pay alot of attention, so I could be wrong.
Pick-six
Fleming County 1. Yes 2. Had a controlled scrimmage 3. I would guess a high of around 40 and a low of mid 20's, depending on availability of track and baseball kids
Harry Doyle
Fleming County 1. Yes 2. Had a controlled scrimmage 3. I would guess a high of around 40 and a low of mid 20's, depending on availability of track and baseball kids 1. Yes 2. No scrimmage 3. 32 kids and had 5 with track and 6 with baseball who didn't participate. As Coach Buckett said, I would just as soon have the first two weeks of June. Oblifah
Valley High School in Louisville 1. Yes 2. Yes, but special teams are considered dead once the ball is caught. 3. 25-30 each day, but the weather was horrible for most of week one and Shively sporting goods forgetting to send off our equipment to be re-conditioned didn't help (they left it in their back room tagged). Due to this we had 4 to5 kids who could not properly fit into helmets so they could not practice. Next year will be better when we can go around late April or May.
