mcpapa
I make a pretty good stir-fry. Pork, chicken or shrimp (not beef), onions, peppers, bok choy, those little corn thingies, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, carrots, cashews and some secret sauce and spices. Stir-fry hot so the veggies don't get overcooked. Serve with fried rice and eggrolls.
