It's that time again folks. Please try and get your weights over today and tomorrow and post them. I am afraid I didn't make a lot of progress during this two weeks, but I will find out later today. I need to hit up the gym more consistantly.

I had a pretty bad week. Didn't really watch was I was eating at all. Stayed at 226 though. Just went to the grocery and got some food for the next 2 weeks. I'm gonna try to get up 220 by the next weigh-in. Just ate some oatmeal and I'm heading to the gym! Keep on keepin on people.

Just weighed in at 260.5 (-another 8.5) and 27.5 overall. Used to losing 20 lbs. in a few weeks, but then never seemed to keep it off; so maybe a slower, steadier pace might work better long term? Gotta do better on the exercise however!!

 

Been traveling and entertaining the last few weeks, so it was encouraging I was able to continue to lose and still eat out at nice restaurants. Lent coming up shouldn't hurt, although its tempting to give up diets for lent this year?? :D

The last time I was trying to lose weight I lost it all really quick, and then it came back on pretty quick too. So, I am taking a little slower pace this time as well. Alothough I do think I need to work a little harder and get in the gym a little more.

 

With all that said, a loss of 2 lbs this time for MJ. Down to 230.

Still hanging at 214 but gradually getting in better shape. Eating habits are still bad. Anybody know how to phase off soft drinks? I have tried cold turkey and it was the worst headache I've had other than stitches in my head.

 

Start by switching to diet...you can still get your caffeine fix with zero calories. They still aren't great for you health wise, but its a start.
