formerkywrestler
I think some are here and not just the kind that used to frequent Jim Porter's.

BirdBrain
I did see a trail cam pic from Lewis County that was in no way a bobcat and definitely a much larger cat. It was clear as day. Whether it was a domestic release or not, not sure, but running into a bobcat is no where near the same as running into a mountain lion / cougar / puma

Randy Parker
So these are the actual animal kind of cougars & not the Watusi kind of cougars, right?
BengalBob
I heard a cougar was looking at a horse farm near Lexington last month. Of course, that could have just been Ann Margaret . . .

woodsrider
Don't they also deny armadillos are established in KY? I'm 40 and have lived in Henderson all but about 6 months of my life. The 6 months was when I was a baby. I've heard people claim cougars were in KY for at least 3/4 of that 40 years but I've never seen one alive, dead, or a credible picture of one. Until 1 year ago I had never heard anyone claim armadillos lived in KY until one of my best friends took the picture I posted in this forum of a dead one in Henderson. To summarize, 25+ years of hear stories of cougars = zero proof...0 years of claims armadillos live in KY = 1 pic of a dead one in my home town. TAC
There should be no confusion between a bobcat and a mountain lion. Totally different looking.
