She was arrested and taken to jail before released after refusing sobriety test. Adam was given a citation and not taken in. They both have a misdemeanor hearing on Friday. I don't know wnat the citation really means and why he has to appear in court as a misdemeanor. Not saying it is wrong just don't understand the difference. Help explain G.

Id say Jones was arrested and released later but no way to know really.
