Sad, but he probably isn't worth the trouble. You can only put up with so much. Bengals probaby won't do anything until the court hearing. Although if found guilty of the June charge, the NFL will suspend him. This one is months away.

Cincy Jungle says it was his wife, different name, though. She was arrested and taken to jail before released after refusing sobriety test. Adam was given a citation and not taken in. They both have a misdemeanor hearing on Friday. I don't know wnat the citation really means and why he has to appear in court as a misdemeanor. Not saying it is wrong just don't understand the difference. Help explain G.

The article I posted makes it look like he went to jail. It says he was later released with a citation.

Typically a citation goes along with an arrest anyways. Id say Jones was arrested and released later but no way to know really.

In this article, it states that both of them refused field sobriety tests. I understand why one would be asked of the driver...but, the passenger? Is that common?
