It's been a while since I have been on the site but I saw the score on twitter and thought I would visit. The last time I went to David Cecil Memorial the Birds were up on the Colonels 55-0 at half. If Coach Mueller hadn't let off the gas, Highlands could have scored 100. You will not find a group anywhere in the state who respect Highlands football more than Cov. Cath. fans. After 2006 it was a pretty lean decade. I no longer follow high school football close enough to offer an opinion on when the pendulum will swing back. It is, however, with the greatest amount of confidence that I offer the opinion that it will. Congratulations to the Colonels for a job well done.

Well... there is an Ark under construction reasonably close by, just in case.

I was going to hit the "like" button because I agree with MTGL's observation. I passed. If there were an "agree, but don't like that this is so" button, I would have clicked it. I am pulling for crazy weather. High winds, snow, maybe some locusts.

Brian is a great young man from a great family. Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery.

I would be less concerned with the light in the sky originating in the Andromeda Galaxy than Pyongyang.

I would love to see the Colonels come out on top, but given the streak, it is hard to pick against the Bluebirds.

If the game were @ Dixie I might be tempted to pick the Colonels. But, going to Gotham City is always a tough task. My crystal ball reads Highlands by a comfortable margin.
