Halftime 14-14 Both teams have struggled to put together long drives. Wayne has one long run for a TD and a drive that they got 2 or 3 PIs that ended with a nice TD pass on a quick slant. Then recovered a fumble on a kick return. Franklin has seemed to move the ball better, but not finishing with the exception of two drives that started with good field position. Franklin has a long TD pass and QB keeper for around 30 yards. Good game...

I agree that Scott should have won. I thought JC was too sloppy and some very questionable play calling, but glad Central pulled it out.

Wow, I'm speechless! What a game. A tell of two halfs. Didn't care for JC play calling in the 4th quarter, seemed to panic way too early.

He had one play where came through the line ( should have flowed down the line), had a bad angle and still made the play. I've not watched the Kash kid, but this O'Bryan kid is the real deal.

Wow! What a game. For people who think because it was an 8–7 game, that it wasn't a good game is crazy. This was a very physical game and I'm glad I drove a few hours to come watch it. My take on the game. I do feel that Ashland played better tonight and maybe should have won this game, but I feel that JC is the better team still. More complete team and should have thrown the ball more. I also don't agree with some of the play calling for Ashland, had time at the end of both halfs to score, but could only run the ball. Baker is an outstanding back, but I was more impressed with the LB #2. That kid can play. My opinion, the 2 best players on the field. Hope I can see the rematch if it happens...

JC may be the better team, but I would choose Belfry because of their playoff success and I'm a JC grad.

The best move is take the high road, give CC their credit and save your gripes for people back home. You won't do those boys any good complaining on here...
