Superintendent really likes him. I could've told you back in Jan that he'd be the one that got the job. Getting his teaching degree was the only thing he needed before.

What happened to the guy that was there?

If so, the Bulldogs will be in great hands. Hate to lose yet another broadcast partner, but the program gets a big boost in my opinion.

Congrats to my guy Ben. He will do a great job...

Signs point to yes...

From what I heard is that they interviewed 6-8 people on Thursday and Friday. If true it seems like a quick decision after the interviews.

However, he could have blown every other candidate out of the water and made the decision easy.

..or could have been the favorite coming in and they just had to confirm it.

Any info on this?

I was told they only interviewed 4 and they were all internal candidates. Sound like a done deal from the beginning. Good luck to Holmes. They're schedule sets up nicely. They should wind up around 7-3.
