Wireman
Sounds like another game where Danville lost composure late. Late technical foul, etc. Congrats to Boyle County on the district nets! Mercer County beat West Jessamine and Wayne beat Southwestern tonight. I think the field is ready for the draw. Winners: Boyle, Mercer, Wayne and Pulaski Runners Up: Danville, West Jessamine, Southwestern and Somerset

PurplePride92
Jaleel Warren was huge for Danville. Very surprised he wasn’t on the All Tourney Team. He deserved it. Boyle County seized control early in the game and Danville didn’t take their first lead until the third quarter on the back of Jaleel Warren. Danville led 39-32 and next thing you know Boyle County goes on a 16-2 run with Reese Smith leading the way during the run to give the Rebels a 48-41 lead at the end of the third quarter. Danville got the Boyle lead down to 55-51 and that was the closest they got the rest of the game as the Rebels made their free throws down the stretch to put this game away. Very happy for the Rebels. They are the first Boyle County team to go 8-0 against district opponents since some time in the 90s. Huge accomplishment for this team and they say they aren’t done yet.
