Bluesport
They don’t give out rings for best regular season record, but SK should every year due to the W’s they put up. Surely there are plenty of those regular season teams that won August through Halloween and then lost in the 2nd or 3rd Rd and has a argument. tdyballgame
I'm not sure if I should take this thread seriously or not. It's kinda like today when I received an ESPN alert asking "Which Bengals team is best to never win the Super Bowl? Ranking each franchise's notable losers". WHAT!!! Ok, so I will play. I think some of the early 80's teams were very good. The Mullins days.
Jack of all Trades
I would say 1981 or is it 1982? The year they won the state tournament against Mason County.

75center
I'm reading this thread as if it's a shot at the Simon Kenton program, not a good look.
StrongSide
2009 would be the best team IMO.

NEERFAN
2009 for me followed by 2013. 2009 had the best chance to win the title, falling short to eventual state champion St. X 48-34. Lawrence, Simpson, Winkler, Hansel up front with a great set of LBs in Baldwin, Deters and Lockhard. Losing Piccirillo was a big injury but not sure if that would have been the deal breaker vs St. X.
