mcpapa
Finishing up A Dance With Dragons. I'll start out the 2017 reading thread with a wonderful passage from this book. "A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one."

Getslow
Annual post-Christmas Tolkien binge. Starting with Fellowship of the Ring but instead of going through the trilogy, I'm going to move on to Children of Hurin since I did The Silmarillion in 2016. Clyde
Based on a strong recommendation by MTGL I started the Louise Penny Garmache series with "Still Life." A different style of "whodunit."
