How has the internet/media affected the number of applicants that would actually apply for a job for fear that their current employer or current "team" would find out ? Question: If a math teacher is working at a neighboring county and applies for a job in the next county because he/she thinks they will better their situation and will be compenstated better for the move why do we not post that on the KDE website or this website for that matter ? I know the answer, it's is because a change in math teachers does not interest the average citizen. Ask yourself this, if you applied for a new position, would YOU want your current employer or current co-workers to be able to read about it on the internet even before you had gone through the process or accepted the job ? why would anyone leave one of the largest public schools in the state that has GREAT athletes to go to a 3A school ? Someone please answer that because I know little about Jefferson County football and I simply can't see why one would leave Male to go to Central.

From what I have heard over the last couple of days, Stepp will be at Clay for quite some time. My understanding is that he has told some "suitors" that he is in fact not interested. Obviously you have some problem with the coaching staff's decision not to play Bell. Either you are with the staff or you are against the staff, you can't support them when they win and talk poorly about them when Coach Jewell makes a decision for HIS team. Maybe that is what is bothering you, it is HIS team.

I was wondering the same thing. How will the all A affect the drawings ? Will they delay them until after the tournament is finished so that all the coaches can be there or will they just send a representative ?

Football at our school does not end. OUr coach has had them doing blocking drills the day after season. we did not make the playoffs so we have been at it for some time. I really feel that we will make some big steps in being district competitors this year. It will take us a couple of years but we could get ther if our coach keeps working them like he has so far.

Mason has run it with class in the past. I personally wish that Mason would keep the tourney. I know that it is unfair to give Mason the tourney each year, but they do a great job every time they run it.

GRC has a chance to win the region, I would supect that they will win this game handily.

I think that Danville is making a good decision plaiying team from other areas. It will make the trips that they make during the playoffs just every day fair. COach harp will make the decisions that are best for his program and that is all that needs to be talked about.

Not my place to talk about a someone's future. Just know that I now many referes in the region and the nerby regions and I hear many things. clay will be a good team next year and I wish them well. I know that you are a big fan skinpig and I hope the best for clay this coming seasonl.

I saw Clay play twice last year. I came away very impressed with the offense. They have a ways to go on the defensive side of the ball. Howevr, from what I am hearing clay better enjoy the offensive success while they can. Clay will be looking for a coach before to long. It is rumored that there are a few team who have approached the clay coach about taking over there programs. I Look for clay's coach to move on to other things . I think that the coach at clay will be in another part of the state before to long. What I have heard is that he will be in a neighboring reggion before to long. It is just a matter of time. i do think that clay will have a good cahnce at winning that new disrtict.

Why would any coach in the country want to be quoted in a newspaper saying something like this ? This could not sit well with the football coaches in the building or with any other coach for that matter. What type of message does it send to the parents of kids who have children playing for him that also play football ? Not a very smart move on his part, one really has to question what motives this coach had or has with this quote.

with out ruffling any feathers (pun intended) I truly believe that the Patriots of Lincoln would beat Johnson Central. I know they beat Rockcastle. So, with that being said, I think that Rockcastle will be the best team that Johnson Central has faced all year while Johnson Central will be the second best team that Rockcastle has faced this year.
