If it rains at all it will be interesting to see how that has an impact on the footing of the pitchers plant foot. Since there is no dirt on the field at all. Sliding should be fun also after a slight rain.

That pic is great of both teams during the national anthem, but you left out the guy who would not get off his cell during the entire song. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! Sorry, had to vent.

Your pitcher should NEVER stop just because he hears someone say "balk". Hopefully kids are coached to block out what other people/crowd noise/and other distractions are going on around them, or they are going to have a hard time on the "hill".

We just drove around the City of Florence and there are trees down everywhere, and not a single traffic light was functioning properly. Crazyness on the roads!

Here's my take on that game. Dixie needs to cover the ball up! It seems like they all carry the ball the same way (much like an option QB would carry it) and as you saw, the ball came out easily. And Cov Cath xecuted their offense nicely, but the defense seemed to lack a "killer instinct". Great game to watch! Very entertaining. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

You all ned to notice that these people are working inside of a jail. They are not "street cops". There is a HUGE difference.

Shaving cream will work, but make sure it has aloe in it. Once you hit it with the shaving cream get out and toss with it and work with it until it is ho you like it. You may have to tighten some strings, but it's worth the effort once it's the way you want it.

That was great! So true about the tryouts, and playing outside. Kids just dont't seem to do that anymore.

I don't think Coach Miles can make the trip to Michigan now without seriously hurting his reputation/credibility. (like that means anything anymore). Even if Michigan wanted him, after he went and spoke out publically the way he did, with that much emotion..I would tell him NO THANKS..

If this year doesn't show them that some type of playoff has to be incorporated, then they are idiots...and they won't use a playoff sytem...so that answer's my question!
