Final

Clay comes out looking sharp. The Tigers go up 30-7 in the first quarter, and from that point on they sputter on both sides of the ball. Letcher got ole MO on their side and didn't let up.

Wow ,what a comeback! What kind of offense do they run?

WOW. This one is definately a shocker. This game was definately a tale of 2 halfs. Congrats LCC.

I dont even know what to say about tonight...

1st half

Clay 30

LC 13

2nd Half

LC 27

Clay 7

Just Crazy, what happend to Clay after half time..they looked great the first half and then looked bad the second half.. Very disapointing loss for the Tigers.

Anyone have any updates on the injuryed players?

If Clay can find any kind of defense they should be okay--their offense is averaging around 40 points per game. Unfortunately, their defense is giving up almost as many. I thought Clay would take a step forward this year but it looks like they're just treading water.

That is some, second half adjusment.

The old boy at LC has been around the block a time or two.

I was lucky enough to have a nice convo with the coach at L.C. at the Pike County Bowl a few years back and it's nice to see that he has his team playing so well this season.

I am extremely happy for Coach Howard and Letcher.

One of the best comebacks that I have ever seen.Caleb Frazier broke six tackles on a muffed punt snap. The Letcher Central kids would not be denied. QB Banks had over 220 yards passing and over 130 yards rushing.May have been the best individual determined effort I have ever seen from one individual. RB's Brock and Fisher ran like men possessed. Coach Howard and crew coached their tails off.The defense bent but never broke. The fans were awesome. If you were not in Manchester last night----you missed what high school sports is all about.

Sounds like great coaching and non-stop motivation! Awesome to hear about! Even more fun to watch in action, unless you are the opposing team.

Well Said, IMO there wasent a better place to be last night. Cougars Showed what they were made of second half and looks like if they can keep it up a district title might be in order... :ylsuper:

WAY TO GO BLUE....KEEP IT UP

Really shocked I picked Clay in this one, sounds like a great game to have watched. Congrats Letcher!
