What an amazing game! A missed extra point cost Dixie a chance to win.

A win is a win.

 

However, thats now about 140 pts given up in 3 games. Dixie, who had struggled prior to today, put up 500 yards of offense and had the ball for 30 minutes.

 

Big first half by the passing O. Not a lot in the 2nd half.

Why would CCH have offensive linemen on the front line of their "hands" team?

I have never in my lifetime see a CCH defense this subpar. I hope it is fixable, but if not CCH will have to score 75 to beat Highlands this year

I agree. Dixie wasn't running many different offensive plays in the 1st half but CCH had no answer on D. Side note, Brossart cost the kids some yards to start the second half by not getting out of the locker room in time. Bone headed coach!

I thought this one would have been a blowout. I'm really surprised.

Congrats to CCH for another exciting win. Congrats to Dixie for hanging tough win nobody gave them much of a chance, me included...

To give you an idea of the CovCath Coaching staff today! How on your own field, does your coaching staff cause your team a delay of game penalty to start off the 2nd half, because you don't come out of the locker room in time?????

Maybe they have the best hands on the team, some of us big guys have great hands just not fast enough to play running back or receiver. :lol:

Wow! I thought Dixie was really down this year? Seems as if CovCath needs to change some things around FAST.

What about putting Van Sant in the conversation for Mr.Football? I haven't seen a player this year that is better then he is.

DeMatteo started and played 2 or 3 plays, got knocked on his back, got up slow and never got another snap at QB. Wilson finished out the game and did a pretty good job. DeMatteo did get a lot of playing time on defense.

Klei was the back and had a great game. 2 or 3 td's and well over 100 yards rushing.
