JOHNDUNHOFT
There is a really nice article in the Enquirer today regarding the introduction of Coach Mike Yeagle of Lloyd to the younger future stars of Lloyd High School Football. I was very impressed what I seen last night at Lloyds Football field. I have been involved with Lloyd for over 20 years and also the Erlanger Lions Program. Coach Yeagle had more participants in the Youth Football Camp than I can ever remember. I guess it is about the Legend that begins in Erlanger/Elsmere this Football Season. I also feel the support of parent's that brought the kids to the camp was hugh and will play a big part in the future of Lloyd High School Football. Welcome Coach Yeagle to the Friendship City "Erlanger Kentucky". JD
leatherneck
That was a really nice article. I'm sure Yeagle is going to do big things for Lloyd. Do the Juggs play Beechwood this year? If so, when and where? If Highlands isn't playing that night, I'd like to attend that matchup.

Sandman32
I read the article at work today, sounds like Yeagle is transferring his proven strategy to Lloyd right away. The Erlanger Lions youth program is top notch. In the past the highschool team had trouble keeping the kids playing once they got their, but I doubt that will be the case any longer. Making the younger kids buy in at such an early age will surely do nothing but pay dividends. I'm excited about the future of Jug football. oldrambler
God luck to Loyd and Coach Yeagle. Lloyd certinly has a top quality football coach now. I have always had a soft spot for loyd bc of th late Randy Cooper - he was a beloved "true Old Rambler" and very well repected here in Raceland. I ways tried to keep up with Lloyd bc of him. Again, good luck and...... R.I.P. "Coop"
