Why do you say only a chance at 2 more wins, you have to approach every game with the attitude that you are coming away with the victory or you might as well not show up at all. Congrats to the Bearcats on their success so far on the season.

I always see a bunch of football coaches down at the "Sweet 16" :laugh:Just joking, I know what you mean, the coaches in other sports are getting to attend their sports state championship events unless they are participants.

Great breakdown of how teachers are underpaid for babysitting. :thumb: Coaches should be allowed to attend the Sweet 16 if they want to, it is just an added benefit to the coaches for the dedication & hours that they put in.

Walton-Verona is not part of the Boone County School System, they are an independent school district. I have no clue as to if Walton's coaching position is open or not, the current coach is also the Assistant AD & Social Studies Department Head for the high school.

Congrats to the boys from Warsaw, make the small schools proud by beating the big bad bullies large school for the championship in about 18 hours from now.

I think the Conner girls & boys teams play the same way that their respective coaches played the game, hard nosed & very intense.

Pioneer fans thought the drive to Shelby County was long, just wait till they head for Western KY. Congrats to Coach Stowers on making the big dance.

Who all comprises the coaching staff, I thought that somebody said there were a couple of changes but I didn't catch who they were.

I think The Scout answered that question, Walton's coach is to much of a nice guy and doesn't want to create any waves. Tournament officials would not allow either team to enter the court of play.

As long as it is a bona fide change of address then I'm sure that the KHSAA will deem this move as legit, however there will be a complete investigation. If the investigation turns out that this move was not on the uppity up then fines and penalties can and will be deemed as necessary punishment for your actions. :laugh:

Their jersey's showed up with about 2 minutes until the delayed tipoff, the coach opted to leave Henry County's jersey on their players because the official book with names & numbers had already been signed by the officials. Therfore it would have been technical fouls for each player that played in the game. Walton should have objected from the get go, they stood there waiting at the edge of the court, not allowed to go and just shoot around or anything.

The difference in this game was Anderson has a couple nice individual players where as Gallatin has a nice team. They don't care who gets the glory as long as the team gets the victory. Best of Luck in the semi's and hopefully on into the finals.

Camacho should of retired a while back, he holds a grudge against WV IMO, he should have been scratched. He was on duty the same night that Williamstown & WV Rugby Scrum broke out. I heard more negatives from a post player from WV's team last season tonight, maybe he should support the team he played for and not continually bash the same 2 players he does everygame he is at. Congrats to North Oldham on the victory even though it was an ugly one and also congrats goes out to the 5 seniors from Walton Verona (Ponzer, Jones, Kirk, Hopperton and Martin)
