I was checking the weather at wkyt today and stumbled upon this. I didn't realize an appeal was happening so fast.

I figured this thread title would already read......and wins.

Channel 27 tonight said that they may not hear back from the appeal till late August.

That seems late though. Wish they could do it quicker. They should have most of the info they need already.

The KHSAA usually has the appeal hearing quickly, I think they have a couple of days during the month they hear appeals.

If the KHSAA lets them play this year they should let everyone all the time play ball where they want.

They did not present anything. They were requested by the KHSSA to be there to answer questions if asked.
