The thing here is some kids grow up dreaming of being a wildcat,and when it actually has a chance to happen, they dont care if they ever play. I would say you can take it to the bank if UK doesnt pull the offer off the table he will be a wildcat. Like UK's lone senior said this year I wouldnt change a thing.

That play happened right in front of me(Or should I say the play right before that one, horrible no call a kid from Bath had gained control of a loose ball the kid from Lewis cut his legs out from under him the kid from bath falls out of bounds they give possession to Lewis they throw in that long shot, you could tell it was good all the way. I told my buddy that was a 5 pt. no call the 2 free throws Bath didnt get plus that 3pt. bomb.

I was at the game thanks!!! I rode in with uncle Kounie, I was the neat looking guy with my shirt tail tucked in tight.

As did I, some teams just foul more than others, Congrats to both teams on a a hard fought game.( Basketball fan no ties to either team)

Watched both play every game of their era, Franks teams enjoyed more success but in terms of talent it was not close. I have seen only one other player with AO kind of skills come thru this area in the past 30 years and he went to Memphis after last years draft.

Trying to be nice here but this team has a chance to rewrite the record books, remember a few years ago and the 5-21 season, its in serious jeporady. If Dave gets 10 wins out of this team they need to hang another banner, in HIS honor .

Antonio was probably the most talented basketball player to ever play at BC, Man what skills. The point I was trying to make was he was such a special player I really dont think coach's knew how to coach him or players how to play with him and as a result both just stood and watched him play. When a player has that much of an impact on your team they both need more than a one and done season to learn how to play together. I think it is safe to say that team underachived but maybe it would be better to say they didnt have enough time together to get it right. I hope all is well for AO, truely one of the best athletes to come thru the region.:thumb:

Actually the year after Antonio had a better season, 3 players averaged over 13 pts. a game, the last BC team to make it to Morehead in about the last 10 years, and had an 11pt. lead over Elliott Co. in a 1st round matchup. Had a legit chance to win each night out.

YES.... IF your refering to the older brother,maybe not if your refering to some other Jackson situation. All I know is I overheard someone at the 64th District tourny telling that they were both leaving and going to Scott Co. I will not call this someone a coach he might be,might be a stat guy but he does sit on the bench with the coaches, thats about a month before any moves were made. Just another instance in this mess where someone else should have kept their mouth shut.

Euton should have a chance to win his appeal. Jackson should have none.

Elliott is in the (NO WAL-MART IN COUNTY REGION) Lawrence had to drop out they got one this year.

If someone 5 years ago told me gas would be $4.10 a gal. I would have laughed. Bottom line is it needs to happen it may be awhile, but it will happen. Its only unique about every 25 years, its usually the large schools or the small privites.

But I dont believe the KHSAA reconizes it as a state championship.
