He may or may not be ready but I would hardly count three plays last night as an adequate judge of that. The coming weeks will tell the story.

Okay...let's keep some things in perspective. I know for a fact that Reed Lanter doesn't practice with the JV/Frosh anymore and has been learning and taking reps with Sam Tiller with the Varsity. In fact, practiced Varsity before the JV game last Monday. Pretty sure they are both working hard to help BCHS win football games whenever their number is called. They are both very good at what they do and have different styles.

The 8th grade class has some really good players but it's a limited class. The 7th grade class for BCMS is pretty solid as is Danvilles. BCMS is struggling a little because ZERO of this years 8th grade class played A Team last year because of the grade above them (Frosh this year). There are 3-5 7th graders that have to "play up" on the A Team this year at some key positions. Plus there have been a couple of injuries to key 8th graders that have just returned to the team this week. Trust me, by seasons end BCMS will be in the hunt for the Salt River Conf title. The 5/6 grade Woodlawn and Perryville teams ARE LOADED with some really good players. I seriously doubt either lose a game this year. 7th grade class went 12-0 last year and pounded two other undefeated teams last year from Clark and Jessamine counties. They beat Danville 5/6 grade 14-0.

There is literally no way to determine who will win a varsity game by what happens in JV/Frosh/middle school/youth league. Can't we all just get along?!?!

Trinity can match up with the size/numbers of LaFayette and contain Walker Wood (who is a fantastic athlete). Should be a great game.

The last 2 seasons of middle school scores were 89-6 combined in favor of BCMS (Soph/Frosh). Before that (Junior class) I believe Danville won in some closer games. Not sure about senior level. Danville 2016 is a VERY good team. They have lots of talent/speed and a great QB. That being said...I believe it'll come down to OL/DL play. I'm going with Boyle Co because I believe the offense is going to take a step forward and the Rebels are playing at home this week (although the loss of Reese Smith will have an adverse effect on the offense). Go Rebels!

Like was mentioned...Harmon is the HC and OC. He is 1st cousin to Neal Brown. Quinn Givhan is the DC who played at Boyle Co. back in the day.

Boyle signs up for their kids to participate on the All-star teams, they don't participate in the tournament.

MC new coaching staff is legit. MC wins 34-20.

Drake Jacksons little brother Dane (Freshman) starts at center for Mad South and will be a great one one day soon.

Mercer is much improved and will win a close one over Central Hardin 28-21.

I'll say BCHS 24-21 but it's gunna be a tough game for the young Rebels.

Seth is a really good QB but there are a few other QBs in KY, let alone the southeast/nationally that would be every bit as good as him. At that age each one has something they do really well that sets them apart from the others. The kid from GA (Harrison Bailey) is like 6'4" 210lbs which is why he is getting offers from DI schools. He is a good kid w/a rocket arm. Time/opportunity/situation will determine a lot over the next couple years and things will fall into place for each of the KY QBs and allow them to be graded against each other. Should be fun!

That is so irrelevant dude. THERE IS A REASON THAT CLASSES EXIST. Sheesh...that's like saying your state titles are worth more than ours because you played against bigger schools.
