I like a lot of the kids on your team. Really good kids and families. LexCath better have some good kids coming up because Boyle is very, very good from 10th down thru 5th grade. I know last years middle school game was 54-14 in favor of Boyle and could have been 100-14. This past year it was 8-6 LexCath. 2020 may be Boyle's best class ever and so far I'd say they are giving people a reason to believe it.

LEX is weak. I never mentioned recruiting. 7 is still > than 2. Enjoy the win...you got some great kids on your side and you deserved the win. The future may prove to look a lot different.

Let me give you a little state title history lesson. Boyle Co has 7. LexCath has 1. Chuck Smith has 5, Perry has ? Despite the fact that you have EVERYTHING you need to get the job done...you don't. I realize that beating BC is like winning the Super Bowl for you but there are some great kids on both teams that are friends...and it's people like you that get off on coming on here and bragging about high school football games. You are exactly what's wrong with sites like this. You never played football. You know nothing about the game or its history in KY. And you can get on here and talk smack because it's anonymous. What are you 13? If not, get a life.

Don't know most of the other teams but I'll say this...you win games in the trenches and we are very inconsistent at times in that area. But I'll take a shot. We would handle Casey, Russell, Etown, Bardstown and Caldwell. Can beat LexCath and Central but would have to play great. Would lose to Corbin and Belfry. I'll say 5-4.

Agreed. I get frustrated when people get on here and speak like they know what's going on in these programs on a daily basis, on the sidelines during a game or even on the field on Friday night. That's why I don't get on here and slam teams or positions or definitely not specific players...because they are kids and I don't know what the coaches have in mind or what may be going on behind the scenes. All I know is that BC has lots of talent that is young and getting reps. And they are really good. There are a handful of coaches that have earned the right and deserve the benefit of the doubt as to what the plan is....Chuck Smith is one of them.

Boyle has potential to make a little noise in the state playoffs but it will depend on matchups, changes and how quickly Chuck Smith wants to prepare for 2017.

Forgive me if I don't agree with this nonsense. Remind me again how many titles Perry has? I'm confused. Chuck is grooming younger kids and trust me when I tell you that help is on the way...everyone on the field last night knows it.

Game was closer than it appears. LexCath did great at managing field position. Hoping for a rematch.

I have heard that about the areas economic struggles. That's too bad for the community and the program. Hopefully it'll be a non-factor. Those middle school "state championships" don't mean much in high school but I know they have had some really good teams. I know the freshmen class pretty well. Got some really good kids/families represented.
