Football, unlike basketball, doesn't have an early signing period. The first Wednesday in February their senior year is the first time they can sign an LOI unless they are an EE. I don't know of any kid that was an EE for football unless they are on scholarship. I just don't understand what roughly 4-5 more months of High School is really going to do for kids. They get prepared for the college level by being able to be coached by college coaches and are able to participate in spring ball. I will pose a question, if you were a college coach, would you not take any EE's because of your past experiences?
