ACfan4 Posted April 25, 2019 Share Posted April 25, 2019 Brennan Canada a senior for George Rogers Clark has walked on to the Kentucky basketball team for the 2019-20 season. The 6'7 Forward averaged 15.9 points and 9.7 rebounds as a senior and scored 1,371 points for his career. He was first team all 10th Region this past season. Congrats to Brennan! According to Ben Roberts' article, he had a "handful of sub-D1 offers" and had made unofficial visits to NKU, WKU, & Marshall. Could have easily gone the D-2 or NAIA route, but when Coach Justus offered, he accepted because it was always a dream. Really happy for the young man.
