Only reason I could think of for Coach Smith to take this job would be because South Warren will be moving to 6A next alignment.  5A East is a much easier road to Lexington than 5A West.  If Pulaski can make this hire happen good for them.

 Brandon Smith is not going to Pulaski.

From someone on the outside Brandon smith to Pulaski would seem like a very very odd move.

Just letting everyone know I think an offer had been made. You asked a follow-up question and I answered it truthfully without lying. I wasn't saying I know something you don't.  You asked and I told the truth, I was given a name but it was in confidence. My word to my friend means more than being first to throw the name out on here.

Two names are floating. Travis Burns and Josh Roberts. 
 

it’s down to those two. Burns took a tour of the school the other day with his interview because he was unfamiliar with the campus. That’s when speculations of him getting the job started swirling. 
 

I expect the HC name to be released late this week or early next week. 

Will go off of what has been said, but the next Pulaski County HC will be Travis Burns or Josh Roberts. I would assume this will be announced by the end of the week. Both are very qualified.
