I agree. Hopefully Danville can get the ship back upright soon. I wish all the area programs are able to return their teams back to the glory days.

Lincoln is going in the right direction. Turn arounds don't happen overnight in most cases. The schedule was made by a previous coaching staff with the exception of trading Scott for Danville. Kids have respect for the current coaches and enjoy playing for them. That's definitely a step in the right direction!!

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. Last season, Lincoln had 59 kids on the team. 16 seniors. Currently they have over 100 kids interested in playing football next season! Will they all be there when the season starts? Probably not but having 40 kids return from last season and another 40 that come back to the sport or come out for the 1st time means the new coach is getting support and enthusiasm from his school. I'm sure the AD and administration supported the schedule change. Kids are working hard to improve for next year!!

No. My previous statement was that they probably knew who would take over since it was known that the job would be open at season end. That is obviously not the case.
