This will be the first season under new head coach Levi Rogers. With a very similar schedule, the Patriots look to improve on their 4-7 record from a year ago. How will they fair? Thoughts?

Yeah, it's been really sad to see in the games I've attended as of late.  The whole vibe/energy is like a ghost town.  If you'd have told me it'd be that way in the 1980s or 1990s, I would've said you

  • Great point. I don't see the same level of vitriol towards Danville for canceling their contract with Boyle as Lincoln is getting.

You won’t see it either. When 60% of the people commenting are Scott County grads, and one of them being an assistant coach, it’s clear why the negative comments toward Lincoln. If the Scott County pr

8-4. Math wasn't adding up correctly!?‍♂️

Appears from the schedule Lincoln is now playing Danville in that week 3 game. Which must mean Lincoln bought out of their Scott County game.

I would think they would be happy with 7-5.  Should beat Bourbon, Russell Co., Danville, Bullitt Central, Wayne.  Think Garrard is a toss up.  Then maybe Taylor.  I think 7 wins would be a pretty good season this year.

Scott County now stuck with 9 games so Lincoln can beat up on Danville. Bail out on the backend of a two year contract.

Favorable schedule for Lincoln under Coach Rogers and staff. I expect them to compete in virtually every game. Can see 8-2, can also see 5-5. Lincoln will have to win some close games to get over .500 but I believe they do. Prediction: 8-2 and hosting a playoff game.

I'm glad to see Lincoln play Danville again. Was always a huge game back in the day. This should benefit the local community and both programs there.

5 win regular season with wins over Garrard, Danville, Bullitt Central, Bourbon, and Russel Co. Put them at 5-0 going into the Somerset game.

The Russell County game was a tight one last year and Steven French takes over the HC job there this season.  I don't think it's a gimme, but I would still favor the Pats.

I think the Somerset game would be tough for them to win.  But if they are undefeated going into that game, who knows.

Would Scott think of playing Boyle?

Can you blame them? lol.

Yes. Don't schedule and agree to contracts that you don't plan on fulfilling.
