I continue to read the pages and scratch my head???  I call it read and react accordingly.

I don't know about anyone else, but even if Highlands does actually hire a new coach, if this thread hasn't reached 100 pages yet, I vote we leave it open so everyone can continue to speculate who the next coach will be ?

At this point, it feels like whoever they put in this spot is a lame duck.  I could be wrong but where are they going to find a viable candidate.  My prediction is that we are down to candidates that are just young, energetic, maybe played in college that has a few years under their belt as an assistant coach somewhere.....hey maybe we get lucky like the Reds did hiring Sparky Anderson out of no where!  Where is our Sparky!!!!

I wouldn't go that far. It's not February yet. For what it's worth, Eviston wasn't hired as Cov Cath's head coach until 02/09/2015, Haddix was hired at Corbin on 05/02/2014, and Wolfe was hired at Male on 02/22/2010.

Sparky became Sparky because he had what may go down as one of the most talented group of players of all time. For the sake of the kids I hope that whomever they hire has a total buy in from the kids, parents, administration, and community. Give the person a chance to succeed. I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes that many are not aware is happening.

Totally agree, I am all in whenever it happens and I hope all the groups you mentioned will be as well.

I do think my Sparky reference makes sense though in the fact that my prediction still stands that the person they pick will probably be someone that the average NKY High School fan probably has never heard about before. Just my prediction....

Yeah I think we are looking around 2/15/21ish +/- . Have no info but just my opinion

That’s why you hire an interim like I said 3-4 pages ago, unless they find their guy.

Saw this today. Think you Birds Fans can relax. Even Lombardi didn’t get hired to coach the Packers until late January. Lol

Still believe you will get an awful good coach. Highlands is Highlands and it always will be.
