Clarified in the other thread but I thought it was clear I only meant it in a positive way.  Clevenger would be an awesome hire there.

Hey we got 2 trophies in our case from getting a great coach from Danville before.  Might as well go to that pond again!  

Couple guys that haven’t received much or any attention in this thread that were Highlands guys that coached at other schools that I thought could someday come back to Ft Thomas to coach their alma matter

Kevin Siple - Like 10 time Coach of Year in Ohio, loves his Birds

Tom Spritzky - been outta of it for sometime now but could manage a game clock with the best of em

Anyone have confirmation on whether either applied? 

@franknicodemus @9068 @barrel has all been an interesting wealth of information that only very close to the situation room would know

I love Kevin Siple! He was one of my favorite coaches at Beechwood! He would do a great job there if he was given the chance.

I will say this plenty of the boys work with him on the weekends and they enjoy it.  That is somebody that could be added to the staff for sure.

I heard it was about the temperature today?  We will see if it will be a direct hit or stays to the South?

Wild on Friday nights has nothing to do with this soap opera. I hope your program gets back on track, I will admit this is some good reading material.

Why is this a soap opera?  Some people just take this stuff way too serious.  The process was followed and was successful before the guy got cold feet and backed out.  The process is still in process and things will work out just fine I am sure.

Well to me the longer this goes on, to folks from the outside looking in, it’s really bad press... along with the more it appears that Highlands either 1. can’t find a coach that will say yes, 2. Can’t find anyone they feel worthy, or 3. a combination of the two. Either way if this was happening at any program in the state other than Highlands.... The faithful fans, supporters, or whomever would be much more likely to call this a hot mess...

I hope your program gets their guy as long as  it’s not our coach down at FC! But most of all that you guys are successful moving forward. Ky football is better when you guys are in the mix. But right now.... your treading water.
