What's your favorite Thanksgiving leftover recipe?

Turkey salad hands down, wife and mother-in-law have it down to a science.

Chop up left over turkey fine. Add mayo, sweet pickles, some pickle juice, a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar. Probably some other stuff that I'm not privy to.

Not really a recipe, but cold mashed potatoes, dressing and gravy put in a bowl together.

Anyone else use Durkee's Famous Sauce on their Turkey sandwiches? It is without peer for post Thanksgiving turkey sandwiches and swiss cheese!!

Haven’t tried it. At Chez papa, you get it on white bread - preferably the Amish stuff from the Home Place just south of Georgetown (Ohio) - slathered with Duke’s mayonnaise... or you don’t get it.

Warm turkey and gravy over toast....stuff on a shingle style.

That, and cold turkey, American cheese and horseradish sauce on whole wheat.

The warm turkey over toast with gravy sounds like a winner. I may try that and add mashed potatoes.
