Mine is a little odd, but really good.

 

Butter the ole Belgian waffle maker. Fill it with stuffing and cook it like a waffle. Cover it with gravy. The stuffing gets nice and crispy.

 

Sometimes I throw a couple of over easy eggs on there instead of gravy.

Turkey salad hands down, wife and mother-in-law have it down to a science.

 

Chop up left over turkey fine. Add mayo, sweet pickles, some pickle juice, a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar. Probably some other stuff that I'm not privy to.

 

Not really a recipe, but cold mashed potatoes, dressing and gravy put in a bowl together.

.Turkey sandwiches! Turkey salad! Turkey gravy! Turkey hash! Turkey ala king! Gallons of turkey soup!

Turkey sandwiches with re-heated mashed potatoes and some cranberry sauce is a run-away winner.

My wife always makes turkey pot pie. It doesn't excite me all that much, but whatever.

 

I do not have a specific meal, just redoing what I did on feast day is my go-to.

It doesn’t get much better than turkey sandwiches.

I like eating the cold leftover turkey.

 

Also, like making open face turkey sandwiches from leftovers.

Go buy more pumpkin pie for my wife. Her addiction for pumpkin pie goes from Halloween to somewhere in January. When she is happy, I'm happy.:banana:

Haven’t tried it. At Chez papa, you get it on white bread - preferably the Amish stuff from the Home Place just south of Georgetown (Ohio) - slathered with Duke’s mayonnaise... or you don’t get it.

Warm turkey and gravy over toast....stuff on a shingle style.

 

That, and cold turkey, American cheese and horseradish sauce on whole wheat.

I just throw a little bit of everything into a bowl and nuke it. Stir it up, pour some gravy on top, then heat it a little longer. Sounds weird but actually tastes great. The Turkey doesn't get nuked though, added at the end cold.

The warm turkey over toast with gravy sounds like a winner. I may try that and add mashed potatoes.
