The good lord is working on taking one of Highlands most respected and notable BGPer's tonite.

Lifetime resident and Highlands alum Dave Lehkamp is fighting for his life tonite after a series of heart attacks that have threaten to take his life.

There are no words to describe Dave's love for his beloved Bluebirds, Dave has devoted his life to his family, the good lord and Highlands HS in no specific order..... His life on this earth has been a blessing and celebration that all Birds fans should be proud of and should respect and honor....

Here's to ya BF, :thumb: Just sayin....

Oh no! Come on Birdy. Hang in there!!!

We are here with you, BF :thumb: Praying for you. I really don't know what else to say.

Hate to hear this

Very sorry to hear this. Thoughts and prayers from Park Hills.

BGP is on a candlelight vigil tonight.

And rightfully so.

Thoughts and prayers to Birdsfan his family and the bluebird faithful. Hang in there BF!

Come on Birdsfan, you can beat this. Prayers with you and your family, my good friend.

Yeah the FB post tonight from his brother Michael didn't sound very good. Prayers are with brother Dave from the Abner family.

Terrible news...many prayers sent down 71 to BF and his family.

Hate to read this development, I knew earlier he was in a tough spot and was hoping for good news when I got up to check for updates.

Continued prayers for BF and his loved ones

Oh my, I was hoping like everyone we would hear better news. Prayers.

Praying for you.
