May 1, 201214 yr I like Jay-Z therefore I like the logo. I worked Jay-Z's concert at NKU 3 years ago. While setting up his dressing/green room we were told by the tour and production managers that everything had to be black. The couches, the lamps, the lamp shades, the fridge. The fridge had a pepsi logo on the side. We had to cover it with black tape. "All black everything."
May 1, 201214 yr The logo is a nod to old school new York...the font is the subway font in NYC...the design is classic. I like it a lot. I will be buying my hello Brooklyn shirt.
