LRCW
The Reds need to win both games to have a winning road trip. Here are the pitching match ups for both games. MJAlltheWay24
Damn, that was unfortunate. Ball gets through and you gotta be hustling to score, or it doesn't and it doesn't matter. Shame he got the smallest bit of glove on it.
sumoroyal
Votto with a homer but bad base running or bad third base coaching cost the Reds a shot at more runs.
MJAlltheWay24
Well I bet you dont often see a lead off in the park HR. Tied game.
sumoroyal
And yes, believe it or not, Angels lead off with an inside the park Home Run. Where Puig was I have no idea.
sumoroyal
Reds are two for two. Two innings and two outs on the base paths. This is a great start.
16thBBall Fan
Whew!! We’ve got to be the worst baserunning team in baseball!! On the positive Vot hit a shot, that was an encouraging sign!!
sumoroyal
Mahle threw one right down the middle on a 3-2 count to the eighth hitter. Three run Home Runs after walks. Reds down 4-1.
sumoroyal
Welsch just said that Votto's Home Run went 410 feet. Third longest of his career. Did I not hear this right? That can not be right, can it? Out of all his HR's, he only has three over 400?

Mustang
I think it is time we parted ways with Mr. Puig. This guy is a loose cannon who is out of control. Everything, including striking out on creditable pitches, is about him. Every night its the same thing with him. Me! Me! Me! Hit the road Jack, and don'tcha come back. Mustang
I'm curious how long some of these guys would play for Mac Whitaker??? Several would be pulled in the middle of an inning. I'm sure it would be viewed as showing up the player, BUT it would certainly get the point across. This isn't a one time thing. It happens on a daily basis. Doesn't seem to be a lot of accountability in the clubhouse.
