Ram
Is Eastern Kentucky going to go after any of these recruits outside of Trinity players? If history is a predictor, probably not.
Mr. Sixer
Is Eastern Kentucky going to go after any of these recruits outside of Trinity players? According to 247 they have cast slightly wider net but still have only offered 7 players from the entire State (if that information is accurate) and each of those have offers from what most would view as bigger and better programs. While they may be playing the "we will offer more in-state players later in the year" game offering players like Amir Riep is an absolute waste when you know you don't have a snowballs chance in "you know what" of getting him!! This State has a compliment of 2-3 star athletes that can and will play at the FCS level and could help EKU. UofL took some backlash for not signing (1) KY player in Petrino's 1st year of his 2nd stint and while EKU isn't in that boat I hope they realize they have some talent in their own backyard. thunder1
No Dillon Wheatley?
sportsfan41
No Dillon Wheatley? They did 50 players for every state. Now think about how big Kentucky High school football ISN'T on a national level. That gives you an idea of how much effort was probably put into this list. It's awesome for the kids but you really can't be upset about a kid that's not a top 10-20 prospect in the state not making a list.

CharleTweeder
The fact that a soph 2100 yard rusher is not on here absolutely shows that a cheelaeding coach seletcted the players, JOKE!

How about this for a starting OLine: TE 6'4 310 (Bentley) T 6'7 320 (Dotson) T 6'3 245 (Barker) G 6'2 305 (Scott) G 5'10 313 (Whitt) C 6'0 230 (Preece) and TE 6'2 285 (Horton) when they want to go Double Tight for short yardage They also have a 6'3 331 Sophomore (Lawson) who is now ready for prime time as well
Voice of Reason
That's just silly. Belfry's smallest lineman would be Beechwood's biggest lineman this year.
