Top Bracket - Assumption & NDA Bottom Bracket - GRC & Sk I think GRC is the best team in the tournament on paper, but I feel this is an SK year. I think that if SK can beat GRC, and they match up very good against Assumption. If GRC wins, and plays Assumption I think it will be a dog fight and GRC wins a close one. Agree Ashlin James is the best player in the tournament, big time player. Watch out for Taylor Count and Kennedy Deener spoiling NDA. But if NDA beats Taylor Co which I think should happen, watch out for NDA spoiling Assumption. And anything else could happen. Love Kentuckys 1 division format.

I think Coach Murphy is ok. One of the few coaches wearing a state championship ring and he did that with a team that wasn't viewed as a top contender. Dixie was awesome tonight. Motivated by a recent loss to Notre Dame and huge performance by a great player, Catherine Buddenberg.. Great high school basketball experience tonight. Both teams are contenders in the 9th. If you didn't know that, well now you do.

Sad that they were stalling. Even if Nelson fouled out Holy Cross is a more talented team. Agree throwback and boring.

Its not a transfer by choice. The school has made it clear that he will not be welcome back on the team. This is a formal decision that comes from above the coaching staff.

Probably many reasons, but parents were certainly a factor. They were really really young and sadly the parents were not reasonable or supportive. A sense of entitlement possibly? He was a great fit for that program and gave them his full effort on the court and outside the lines. Unfortunate for Beechwood, but he will get another opportunity if he wants to coach again.

Cooper in total control by 2nd quarter. Cooper is just way superior in every way and more ways.

Agreed. Ryle is very much in the top 2 or 3, and ultimately when it matters, moving to the college court favors Ryle more than any other team and they have the best player in the region.
