It is pretty much a complete demolition and rebuild. The concrete bleachers are crumbling.

Well that's sad. Not saying it isn't necessary...but sad.

I agree, sad. But, yes it is needed, I just wish they could replace the concrete with concrete. I think a lot of the mastic will be lost when aluminum bleachers are put in place. But, maybe not.

It isn't nice to play on, especially in the rain.

To call them boxes is accurate. They are new obviously but I woldn't call them luxurious---in the colege or pro football sense of the word.

 

Keep you warm, dry, fed....and you have a bathroom....sounds good to me.

Very nice place. Very nice people. My one and only trip there I witnessed a Shamrock defeat. It was a magical night.

The thread about unique venues had me thinking that I would love to see pics of other stadiums around the state. I have been to many but would love to see many more. So I am posting pics of Boyle County's stadium and features. Please post pics of your school. Doesn't have to be big stadiums or new stadiums. If nobody from Danville posts pics I will try to add them next week. Thanks in advance for those who take time to do this.

The only thing I dislike about Boyle County's stadium is the away side stands.
