Stewart was not very impressive. They have an MVP for each game. He didn't win it and I doubt that he was even considered. He had a hard time finishing inside and didn't show any outside game.

Roy Williams was at the Madison Central game. I told him he had the wrong color blue on in this part of the country. Seem like a nice guy thought. Pretty cool!!

If Lex Cath doesn't put ACD in the double bonus early in the 2nd half LC wins. Game was called pretty well, by the way, no complaints about that.

No complaints about the refs from one side usually means complaints from the other...

 

If Catholic blocked them out I can see where they would have a chance to win. From what I saw on the web cast, ACD whipped Scott County on the offensive boards at the Beach Ball.

 

How did Novacel do against AJ Stewart? Novacel is tough and hard nosed - Stewart is more finess/showman.

Novosel had 18 points and 10 rebounds.Jordan Smart was the high scorer with 21 points off 6 three pointers.

Stewart had 15 and 11 at halftime from what I was reading on rivals.

LexCath is a good system, and will pretty much always be in a game against most of the best competition from out of the state. I think that reflects highly upon Ky hoops, no matter what your personal opinion of the LexCath sports programs may be.
