On the topic of graduating early…if the kid has the grades and has full-filled his her obligations why not? I think it’s great of a kid can get to college a semester early and get settled. Colleges let you graduate early if you have full-filled your obligations so why not HS? My son could have graduated in December but our school does not allow it. His senior spring semester in HS was a waste of time IMO. He was bored out of his mind.

His school does not allow it and neither does Highlands.

    Hold up! Not all fans of the school in Fort Thomas are making those remarks about Beechwood. I applaud Beechwood for being a school that has accommodated to the 21st Century…..

Not saying it 100% is that. Just the timing and context is funny!

FWIW I heard several bluebird players talking at EKU on Saturday that he was surely coming to Ft Thomas.

Could you imagine if David & Daryl covered NKY with this drama... Facebook's servers would be broken by this point.

@DevilMayCare

They would "break" the news a week late, then immediately christen him with a comically generic nickname that no self respecting athlete would ever accept.

I don't have much room to talk, though. I may have referred to Isaac Dixon as the ghost of Pond Creek a time or two. ?

Same thing I was told about Ft. Mitchell. I guess time will tell. ??‍♂️

Do both Highlands and Beechwood allow a student to only attend half of a school year or is there a difference between the two schools?

As far as I know beechwood is the only of the two who allow early graduation.

Based on these posts, it sounds like Beechwood is where he is headed.
