Here is how I see it in a different view.  Is this standard/rule something that is just "Out dated" in today's academic world where kids are able to accelerate their High School education to be "eligi

Hold up! Not all fans of the school in Fort Thomas are making those remarks about Beechwood. I applaud Beechwood for being a school that has accommodated to the 21st Century…..

Don’t forget that Highlands is a dominant force in 7 on 7s. That means a lot in Fort Thomas these days.

I wonder what the record is the last ten years.

Both are extremely high achieving academic districts that rank annually in the top 5 in the state. I would be proud for my kids to attend either.

Maybe we should compare school lunch menus to see which is better. (Eye roll emoji)

Not in Fort Mitchell, but I’ve heard Coach Rash was always a regular at colonial cottage. Really a shame that place caught fire. I’ve been once or twice and it was great food and even better atmosphere.

Fort Thomas pub though is tough to beat. The kids love hitting the boxing ball arcade game.

Parade for winning the EKU 7on7 is Monday at 11am.  See you there?

So is the decision made? Honestly at this point it’s more of a distraction. Also if everything is based on getting out in December, how do you know he’s not going turn a program upside down and then just sit out?

Kid has a ticket to ride, doesn’t need to prove anything. And it’s not like he has a developed bond with any of these teams.

Haha look at the sign as you’re walking into David Cecil Memorial Stadium next time. Take a minute to count them all up.

I was being dramatic, to fan the flames. Was only demonstrating the savage thirst for football success in the 75.  Highlands guy here.

I’ve never heard The Fort referenced as the 75. I like that. Might need to borrow it.

Gotcha, no worries. To be honest the last one was 2014, that’s really is too long for Fort Thomas. Hopefully some hardware comes home in the next couple years.

KJs is in Fort Mitchell.

A hidden gem of the Crescent Springs/Ft. Mitchell area indeed. The late great John Busch would have loved to host a panel discussion on this thread at KJ's with all of the main players...you can be sure of that.

Seriously?  Highlands won in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.  Believe twice in 2014 and 2015.

However, not sure they have won since.

They have not. Hopefully very soon.

8-8 in the last 10 years. Both with 8 game win streaks. Interesting...
