Here is how I see it in a different view.  Is this standard/rule something that is just "Out dated" in today's academic world where kids are able to accelerate their High School education to be "eligi

Hold up! Not all fans of the school in Fort Thomas are making those remarks about Beechwood. I applaud Beechwood for being a school that has accommodated to the 21st Century…..

Don’t forget that Highlands is a dominant force in 7 on 7s. That means a lot in Fort Thomas these days.

I heard because of possible early graduation.

Baseball, but he will not be there for that which is why he is not attending Highlands.

If you’re a football player, the program in titletown is the only place to be. Plain and simple. The banners are hanging to prove it.

Good luck wherever you choose young fella!

It’s 2A.

So he’s not enrolled at Highlands?

Your point is what? I’m pretty sure a 2a beat mighty Boyle County last year!

Saw in the paper this morning that he is going to Highlands, but word in Ft. Mitchell is that he is going to Beechwood.

Lots of conflicting reports here. Wonder if this is still being held up the by the KHSAA? Based on how social media is these days, I would expect an official announcement from the kid at some point.

No and he will not be enrolled from what I am now being told.  My understanding that he will go to Beechwood and not be there for the baseball season.  Difference in how the school districts handle this situation.

The KHSAA transfer process will not begin until he enrolls in a school. The school will initiate the transfer process and fill out the paperwork to submit to the KHSAA. Based on the new state law, he will have to live in the district in which he enrolls or he will not be ruled eligible.
