Will he play corner or will get some reps on the O? Probably would a great year playing wr or rb.

Here is how I see it in a different view.  Is this standard/rule something that is just "Out dated" in today's academic world where kids are able to accelerate their High School education to be "eligi

Hold up! Not all fans of the school in Fort Thomas are making those remarks about Beechwood. I applaud Beechwood for being a school that has accommodated to the 21st Century…..

Don’t forget that Highlands is a dominant force in 7 on 7s. That means a lot in Fort Thomas these days.

When you have someone this talented you have to involve them in all phases of the game.

I wonder if this kid will be as talented as Rondale Moore was?

On my quick hudl study, he’s not surprisingly a really good player, but I thought Rondale was/is a different level of athlete. Though there’s no shame in not being quite as good as a kid that went for over 200 yards against OSU as a true frosh and was a 2nd round pick lol.

He’s going to be such a stud vs NKY competition. I really like him as a corner in a press quarters or the old school Seattle C3 scheme. He looks long with loose hips and very good ball skills. Also a physical tackler, which I love at the position and is rare. He’s going to be tough this year to play against.

Who would you compare him to in NKY history?

Question for you... based on the competition he and HHS will be facing in NKY, would it make more sense, or is his skill set applicable (I have not seen him play a single snap; excuse my ignorance), to playing closer to the line of scrimmage in order to have a greater overall impact on the defensive side of the ball? Maybe a strong safety or Rover type player? Obviously, if he is facing a stud WR then lock him up. I will try to find a chance to watch some highlights.

As @thegurusaid, a player like this should be all over the field at all times.

With him on one side and Nevels on the other at corner should be a tough to pass on.

Is there somewhere that says this kid is playing at Highlands. I haven’t heard of such.

I think he's going to be pretty good anywhere he plays. I'm sure he would be great in the slot as a nickel corner with his physicality. It's definitely getting en vogue to have this mindset and have your best players closer to the ball, an example is Jalen Ramsey with the Rams last year. It just comes down to coaching philosophy and what you value.

I'm not sure he's going to big or sudden enough to play in the slot at Wake early on, but now in high school, I'm sure he'd be great.

Really excited he is going to be a bird. Nice addition of talent and game experience to possibly put the birds over the hump. What does he play on offense?

This kid has not practiced football with any teams in Kentucky this summer. Until he enrolls in a school and starts practicing with a team, it is purely speculation about where he will attend high school.

I have been told that he is enrolled at Highlands.  Take that for what it is worth.

At what point do you have to start practicing to meet the KHSAA guidelines for heat acclimation to play in games?

I am interested to hear what experience he has on offense in the past.

I would think you play him at his natural position and if the going gets tough use him on offense too in some capacity.
