It will be similar to the impact of Brossart on NewCath. There are several players at Brossart that would contribute at NewCath. Saint Henry will get a few players that would help CovCath in some type of role as the program continues to grow. It will impact the amount of quality depth CovCath has on the team.

This is a solid win for Lloyd. Hopefully they can RPI into the 2 spot and avoid CAL until the finals.

Great start to the year for Walton. Walton is a hidden gem and could develop into a championship quality program if all stakeholders will get on board and row the boat in the same direction.

This happens every year. NewCath plays superior teams early, loses, everyone thinks they stink, then they win the district and make a playoff run. NewCath has not lost a district game in a really long time. Could this year be different? Sure, but I will believe it when I see it. It will come down to the NewCath program's culture and how they respond to the losing these early season games. This is not new to NewCath As for Dayton, with their schedule, they definitely have a chance to be 10-0 or 9-1. I hope they can compete for a district title and make a playoff run as well. The district needs to be more competitive. Both Sayre and KCD for years have played extremely weak schedules and both were able to win championships. Scott County did the same thing for years when building their program. The West side of the state looks open for anyone to take. The 4 best teams in 1A Kentucky are on the East.

They won't beat NewCath. Might not be Iroquois. I don't think the Newport game is a guaranteed win. They would not be 4-0 against NewCath's schedule. They would be 1-3 at best. We are at the time of year that some teams have good records because of an easy schedule or bad records because of a hard schedule. That said, good for them on a great start to the season.

No NKY 1a teams should be ahead of NewCath until an NKY 1a team beats NewCath or beats a team that beat NewCath. Campbell County would probably beat every 1a team by a couple scores or more. Lloyd vs Campbell will be an interesting game.

It won't be overturned. He will sit a game. Ejections have been overturned when video evidence shows a punch wasn't thrown or a player didn't enter the playing field during a fight on the field, but not for being ejected for 2 unsportsmanlike or personal fouls. Those are judgement calls by officials.

Hope to see SK be more competitive than Ryle against CovCath. Unless Ryle was missing quite a bit of players during the first 2 scrimmages and CovCath game, I think this is the year SK wins the 6A Nky district.
