CincySportsFan
I've got no problem with him working with the new pitching coach to see if he can find "it" again. But, he's on a short leash. If he can't find it by the end of spring training...then, it's addition by subtraction, and he's gone. Bite the bullet and let him walk.

ChickenWyngz
And he couldn't be happier! I'm fine with that at this point. It's a loss anyway you slice it, especially after last year. I'd rather it be a little bit less of a loss by cutting him and paying him rather than paying him to sabotage a young clubhouse.

k'd looking
A lot of it was not his fault, talking about staying healthy, but his whole attitude is a problem with me. And I'm going to speak only for myself. If other people feel different, i understand. I met him in Chattanooga when he was coming through the system. My first impression after a brief chat was, "arrogant person"!!! Just my opinion. I figured,he's still young. He'll grow up mentally. Well, that was around 12 years ago. I don't think much has changed. You would think that someone who has been through a few tough times ,would develop a little humility . Just his attitude kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I may be the only one who feels like that, but i doubt it.You can be arrogant.....if your good!!! Anyway,i wish him luck...where ever he ends up. I think it's good to move on,for both Homer, and the reds. About 7 weeks till spring training. GO REDS!!!
PP1
In his last six starts, Homer Bailey is 4-0 with a 2.25 ERA, for the season 13-8 4.76. He could be the comeback player of the year.

It's amazing how much a player can improve the last year of their contract.
