He threw a helmet into the ground and it bounced and barely made contact. For you to claim that is assualt is pure hyperbole. I guess its assualt when a batter loses grip of the bat and it drills a fan too?

If you were to throw a helmet and it where to hit someone (directly or indirectly via bouncing off ground) would you not be responsible for it?
