Looks like the Raiders are set to make Jon Gruden an offer he may not be able to refuse.

When you've been on television for a decade as a "coach" with no negative proof of your abilities then you'll always be overhyped.

I'm on my phone so I may have missed one or two, or counted one or two twice.

Looks like a lot are hovering right around 59% for their career. And you have guys like McVay and Zimmer who have very high numbers that are skewed a bit by the sample size.

16 have a higher winning percentage only 6 have a SuperBowl Win.

Only 6 have at least 95 wins and a higher percentage than Gruden.

The problem is they (NFL) just recycle these coaches among teams, i.e the rumor of bringing in Hugh Jackson as Bungals HC. I know it’s the Browns but the dude is like 1-29 with them. One team fires them another brings them in as HC. It’s the good ole boy system. More teams need to follow the Rams blueprint and bring in some of these young offensive minds. Who cares if they never been a HC before.

Seeing more and more rumblings on Twitter that could actually happen.

I'd say it's 99% or more that he'll be their next coach.

I read that he wants the Jets OC if he gets the job and the reportedly have given permission to the OC to talk to the Raiders.

Gruden said there is no truth to the story that he will have ownership of the Raiders.

Said on Golic/Wingo this morning that if offered he would take the job.
