Yeah the 15th is not what it was 3-4 years ago, Well you know how it used to be you played in the 15th, But really the talent level player wise and the Athletes in the region are just not there anymore. I don't think that even the standout players would have started 3-4 years ago and probabily wouldn't have seen alot of minutes. Paintsville was probabily the best team in the region, by far the most talented, and could have played with anyone in the sweet 16 but choked as usual in the regional tournament. They Beat Elliott County 60-53 and lost to South Laurel 57-58. But besides that there wasn't much. Allen Central was in the final 4 of the region and 1 shot away from playing for a title and they probabily had less talent individually on their team than they have EVER had if that is any indication of how weak the region was this season. Shelby Valley is going to be awfully good in a couple years however, so I guess you can say the future looks bright in the 15th.:thumb:

Not bad, Adair is hanging close. It was only 7pts with a less than 2mins left.

Big win for GRC, Christian County had a team that was as talented as anyone in the field.

Yeah, Warren Central will kill Elliott County. JBS played them alot closer than I expected though.

Austin Hill from Holmes on an Individual standpoint. Scott County, as a team.

Hill is the real deal, suprised to why his name hasn't been thrown into the MR. Basketball talk.

If an upset was pulled against WC I believe SV has the best shot at doing it, they probabily match up better with Central that the other 2, that is if they get past Elliott County, just my opinion.

Shelby Valley-15th Region Champs: 1.Control the teampo of the the game very well. 2.Best ballhandler in the region in Justice. 3.Logan Bryant is extremly Quick going to the basket, 3.Suprisingly have some descent young athletes Hatified especially. 4.Play strict defense, and won alot of games like that. 5.Alot more talent on that team than people think!!

I'm going with Adair County by about 8pts.

The Lee Kid at Scott Co. is another player to keep your eyes on, alot of colleges have had thieir eyes on this kid. He had a great game against #1 Huntington earlier in the season.
