That DS Team has alot of talent this year probabily more so than in the past.

I just buy what everkind I can find, it all works the same, right now I'm taking Flex-a-min. It ranges in price but its really not expensive at all you can usually go to Rite Aid and get 2 for the price of one. I've had several sports related injuries and several broken bones that nag me as I get older. Personally I couldn't go with out the stuff and have had several different doctors recommend it to me. I would recommend it to you for sure, you take 2-4 pills a day after about 3-6 days you'll be able to tell a huge difference.:thumb:

Thomas More gets some pretty good talent, a kid from the 15th region went there a year or so and played. He was probabily one of the top prospect to come out of our area potentially but he couldn't make the grades I believe, its a tough school.

No-Explode is BY FAR the best pre-work out supplement on the market, I stack mine with Cell Mass(post workout) and Whey protein(which I actually buy the wal-mart kind, it works just as good), I also take natural vitamins like Fish Oil, Vitamine C, B-12, and Glucosamine(which does miracles for your joints). Sometimes when I'm low on cash I buy the Body Forturess Creatin from Wal-Mart which tast like crap but I had pretty good results with it. Its only $12.

What kind of results have you had with this workout??

The muscle milk is very good for gaining lean mass, have you ever tried the NO explode(Nitric Oxide) and/or the Cell Mass Creatine? They are both BSN brand I believe.

Shiwa Gima will be awfully tough also next year.

If you have a workout schedule or a diet plan what does it consist of? how many days a week do you do it?Wht kind of suppliments/Vitamins do you take? What do you do to stay healthy and inshape? (Weights, Running, kickboxing, Pilotes(sp?), Mountain biking, etc.)

Thats true, I've see some players at the DIII level who could start on top notch DI programs(who probabily got to go there because their school was paid for through FAFSA), While on the other hand I've seen players who couldn't play much at all(probabily had rich parents who could afford them to school)....I see what your saying though.:thumb:

It dosen't hurt, Scott County had guys last season that could have been stars on any other team bing 7th and 8th men off the bench ther if that is any indication of how good that team was.

I'm not real sure about the 1st question. Floyd County passed a rule not allowing Principals to be head Coaches and that pretty much took Brent Rose, Betsy Layne's Coach, out of his coaching job considering he was a principal. I think SC's coach was eighter fired or resigned. Not sure about girls coaches.

I think Rady Martin will more than likley be the Head Coach at SF, he's on their staff and is probabily the best coach(who's not a head coach) in the region. Not sure about BL & SC.
