Who do you vote for then?

Mackey...he's coming off of a Sweet 16 MVP award. It's his to lose when the season starts, IMO.

There are a bunch of very good players in the state that are going to be in the class of 08. Right now Miller and Mackey would have to be the frontrunner. Those 2 both had great junior seasons. Hopson is capable of getting up there if he would actually play hard next season.

I honestly think it might come down to Mackey-Miller head to head game at Mason County next year. That and whoever advances further in the tournament...

Not sure who else, I'd say Landon Slone-Paintsville,Shelvin Mack-Bryan Station, and Arrez Henderson-Holmes will be some other names thown out there among others.

Hard to distinguish who will be the winner between Miller and Mackey right now.

Most people that saw Hopson play for University Heights last season wouldn't consider him to be among the frontrunners. He's built his reputation strictly on summer and AAU ball.

There are a LOT of good juniors in the 11th this year: Mackey - Scott Co; Mack - Bryan Station; Moses - Henry Clay; Novosel - Catholic; Sparks - Tates Creek; Morris - Madison Central

Of the top 10 players in the 11th this year, about 8 of them were juniors.

Josh Crawford of Corbin will start to get some attention in '08 and may be a top tier candidate for Mr. B in '09 .

Very well could be. One advantage for Crawford is that this year's sophomore class is not as strong or deep as this years senior or junior class. Good luck to Josh. Corbin should be the 13th region favorite next year and the year after. He could showcase his talents in Rupp.
